A small, fixed-price first step. Then a decision that is entirely yours.
Most businesses have been burned by open-ended consulting: a discovery phase that never ends, a report nobody reads, an invoice that grows. This engagement is built to be the opposite of that.
We talk about the problem, not the technology
A conversation about where information gets lost in your business: what the field knows that the office doesn't, what gets entered twice, what leadership can't see until it's too late. If I don't think I can help, I'll say so and point you somewhere better. Before any detail is shared, we sign a mutual NDA — yours or mine.
The assessment — with a working prototype, not a PDF
A written proposal states the scope, the timeline, and the price before anything is signed. The assessment maps where your operational data lives, where it leaks, and what it costs you — and it ends with a working prototype connected to your real data, running in your own Microsoft tenant. Not slides about what could be built. A thing you can put in front of your team and try.
Half the fee on commencement, half on delivery. If the assessment finds your problems aren't worth solving with software, the report says exactly that.
The findings session — and three honest options
We walk through what was found, in your language, with the numbers behind it. Then you have three options, and all three are fine: stop here and keep everything that was built; take the findings and implement them with your own people; or continue with me on a monthly retainer to build out the roadmap. The prototype, the documentation, and every finding are yours regardless — they live in your tenant and stay there.
Build, in the open, with a live status view
Ongoing work runs on a retainer with a defined number of hours, a dedicated communication channel, and a client portal where you can see project status, files, and invoices at any time. Every month you can see what was done and decide whether the next month is worth it. That is the entire lock-in: there isn't any.
The commitments that hold at every stage
You know the price before work starts
Every piece of work is quoted in writing and approved by you before it begins. You will never receive an invoice for work you didn't approve. Invoicing is milestone-based, net 15.
Everything is built in your tenant
Your data, your Microsoft subscription, your access controls. I hold delegated access you can revoke in one click. If we part ways, nothing has to be migrated, exported, or ransomed back.
Paper before access
NDA before discovery. Master services agreement and a signed statement of work before any paid work. A written data protection addendum and security protocol before I touch a system. Procurement teams get what they need without asking.
The report can say "don't hire me"
The assessment is priced so that its honest answer has value on its own. If the right recommendation is a process change and no software at all, that is what the findings will say.
Start with the conversation
Tell me where the gap is between what's happening on the ground and what you can see. That's the whole first step.
