Payments

Make a Payment

Every invoice arrives by email from QuickBooks with its own secure payment link, itemized and pre-filled. That link is the fastest way to pay. The two options below cover how it works and what to do if you are outside the US.

US clients ยท Card & Bank (ACH)

Pay from the invoice

Invoices are issued from QuickBooks and carry a Pay Now button. It takes major credit and debit cards and US bank transfers (ACH), and the payment is applied to your invoice the moment it clears, so there is nothing to reconcile on either side.

  • Open the invoice email and choose Pay Now
  • PCI-compliant; I never see your card number
  • Receipt emailed automatically by QuickBooks

International clients

Bank transfer via Wise

For clients outside the US, I take local and SWIFT bank transfers through Wise, which is usually faster and cheaper than an international card payment or wire. Request your transfer details and I'll send them securely.

  • Pay in your local currency
  • Typically lower fees than a card or SWIFT wire
  • Details sent directly to you, not posted publicly

Deposits and retainers are invoiced the same way, so there is never a generic pay-any-amount page and never an amount you did not agree to first. Questions about a charge or invoice? See the Support page.
